ASMI Induction Program

ASMI is pleased to announce launch of the ASMI Induction Program. ASMI’s Sales Force Accreditation course has been revamped to form an essential part of any personnel induction in the consumer healthcare industry. The induction course has been updated and tailored to the needs of e.g. marketing, advertising, regulatory, management and HR staff. The course has been made more user-friendly and intuitive. Delivered entirely online, the intent of the program is to:

  • Establish recognised industry standards and enhance the levels of professionalism
  • Ensure a basic understanding of the industry and its mechanisms

The course is self-learning and undertaken via a web-based system and will take 4-6 hours for completion. Since the Sales Force course was lauched 2 years ago more than 300 sales representatives have graduated across most of ASMI’s membership. Of late, several companies have blazed the trail by undertaking the course across all functions; even the secretarial staff was not spared.
