All prices exclude 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST) and are quoted in Australian Dollars.

Please note:  A processing fee (plus GST) applies to credit card transactions.  The fees are as follows (incl. GST): Visa/MasterCard/Bankcard 2.30%; Diners Club 3.32%; AMEX 4.28%

The EventsAIR system used to process your credit card is fully compliant with the new 2015 PCI DSS standards. It is certified at Version 3, Level 1 compliance, which represents the highest level of compliance possible. This level of PCI Compliance means that that all credit card data receives the ultimate protection. It also means that you can rest easy, knowing that we take every measure to ensure data security.

 

Cancellations and Amendments

Registration cancellations received on or before 30 September 2015 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after 30 September 2015. Registration cancellations must be completed via the online registration system or in writing to ASMI (email   claire@asmi.com.au). Please refer to your registration confirmation email for cancellations instructions.

 As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person up to and including 6 November 2015 without any cost penalty. Transfers must be notified in writing to Claire Johnston at ASMI (email Claire@asmi.com.au or PO Box 764, North Sydney NSW 2059 or fax 02 9959 3693).

 

Group Bookings

Group Registration Fees - 10% off total cost 

To receive the discounted group rate for five or more people, the following conditions apply:

1.Five (5) or more delegates.
2. All work for the same organisation.
3. All register in one booking & choose the same registration option.

To get the ASMI group discount, click here to download the Group registration form:

  • Please complete all columns from A to U for each delegate (feel free to copy and paste cells that are the same eg address - however each person must have a unique email address)
  • All questions/columns must be answered as a requirement of registration
  • Once form is complete, email to asmiconference@nectarcc.com.au
  • You will then be emailed your login to complete the payment of the registration via credit card.
